高频探头结合彩色多普勒对新生儿头颅疾病的超声诊断(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨高频探头结合彩色多普勒超声在新生儿头颅疾病中的诊断意义和临床应用。方法 对临床525例疑为颅内病变的新生儿，应用高频探头及彩色多普勒进行检查，并对结果进行分析研究。结果 本组超声检查阳性316例，其中缺氧缺血性脑病172例，脑积水12例，脑室周围-脑室内出血125例，蛛网膜下腔出血3例，脑实质内出血2例，脑膜炎2例，后经CT或MRI检查、结合临床表现及诊断性治疗确诊312例，超声误诊4例，漏诊3例。结论 高频探头结合彩色多普勒超声检查，以其无创性、价廉和高分辨率及可以随时进行床旁检查等优点，对新生儿头颅疾病及评估其预后有重要的临床意义。
