锁骨钩钢板治疗严重肩锁关节脱位疗效观察(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨治疗重度肩锁关节脱位的方法及疗效。方法 2005年1月～2010年1月应用锁骨钩钢板治疗重度肩锁关节脱位(TossyⅢ型)12例。结果 所有患者获得6～24个月的随访，按Constant and Murley法评定肩关节功能：优7例，良3例，差2例，优良率为83.3%。结论 应用锁骨钩钢板手术治疗肩锁关节脱位可取得满意的疗效。
