【摘要】 目的 探讨胸外伤行剖胸探查术和肋骨内固定术的临床应用价值。方法 剖胸处理胸内脏器完成后，使用环抱式肋骨固定器固定肋骨骨折治疗。结果 除2例(4.35%)因原发创伤死亡或未愈外,其余患者均治愈出院，且术后卧床时间短，缓解疼痛效果明显，胸廓无明显畸形。结论 严重胸外伤行剖胸探查和使用环抱式肋骨固定器行肋骨内固定的方法，操作简单，手术时间短，患者术后恢复快，疗效良好。
