【摘要】 目的 探讨科学的诊疗流程在急性酒精中毒中的建立和应用。方法 将1年内急诊科收治的急性酒精中毒患者按照建立的流程方案进行诊断治疗，评价疗效并总结分析相关问题。结果 急性酒精中毒诊疗流程的应用，使中毒疗程缩短、疗效提高，误诊和不良事件明显减少。结论 科学的流程应用于急性酒精中毒的诊疗，能有效规范医疗行为，显著提高医疗质量，保障医疗安全，值得临床进一步推广应用。
