    【摘要】 目的 探讨B超监测下宫腔镜在宫角妊娠的诊断及治疗中的价值。方法 本院于2007年1月～2009年1月共收治宫角妊娠患者26例，应用宫腔镜技术、B超对其进行诊断及协助治疗。结果 26例患者均由超声监测引导下宫腔镜检查确诊，准确率达100%。其中24例在B超引导宫腔镜下彻底清除了妊娠组织。另2例患者因经宫腔镜及超声检查诊断输卵管间质部妊娠，术中转开腹行患侧宫角楔形切除及同侧输卵管切除术。所有患者手术顺利，出血少，疗效满意。结论 B超辅助宫腔镜技术是诊断及保守治疗宫角妊娠的一种非常有价值的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value of hysteroscope in cornual pregnancy's diagnose and on-therapy under the monitor of type-B ultrasonic.Methods We had admitted 26 cornual pregnancy patients from January 2007 to January 2009, and apply the technology of hysteroscope and type-B ultrasonic to diagnose and provide assistant treatment.Results There were 26 patients confirmed diagnosis of 100% precision with hysteroscope under the monitor of type-B ultrasonic, and 24 patients of them wiped out pregnancy tissues by type-B ultrasonic lead hysteroscope. The other 2 patients change to celiotomize injury side cornual wedge excision and same side wedge excision during the operation because of fallopian tube interstitial pregnancy under the hysteroscope and ultrasonic examination. All the patients' operations performed successfully, less blood more satisfaction.Conclusion Type-B ultrasonic assist hysteroscope technology is one of the most valuable methods of diagnose and expectant treatment for cornual pregnancy. ......
