    【摘要】 目的 探讨分析股骨头缺血坏死的影像学表现特征及各种影像检查方法对其诊断价值及临床意义。方法 总结分析了46例股骨头缺血坏死病例，男28例，女18例。病例均行普通X线平片、CT及MRI检查。结果 X线平片对早期股骨头缺血坏死诊断价值有限，CT及MRI对显示股骨头坏死表现各有特点。结论 MRI对股骨头缺血坏死诊断最具重要临床价值，其次为CT。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the femoral ischemia necrosis of its various imaging diagnostic value and method of clinical significance.Methods Summarizes 46 patients with ischemic necrosis cases, male femoral 28 cases, female 18 cases. The cases do ordinary X-ray, CT and MRI.Results X-ray diagnosis of early avascular necrosis of limited value ischemic, CT and MRI showed avascular necrosis of performance have different features.Conclusion MRI femoral ischemia of the most important diagnostic necrotic clinical value, followed by CT.
