【摘要】 目的 探讨动力髋部螺钉和股骨近端髓内钉两种方法治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法 回顾性分析笔者所在医院收治的62例老年股骨转子间骨折患者的病例资料，所有患者随机进行分组，治疗组使用股骨近端髓内钉进行治疗，对照组使用动力髋部螺钉进行治疗，并对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、并发症、疗效进行对比分析。结果 除手术时间外，治疗组疗效、术中出血量、并发症均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年股骨转子间骨折疗效好，值得临床推广。
