    【摘要】 目的 探讨一种上睑皮下组织填充除鱼尾纹的方法。方法 对126例鱼尾纹合并有上睑皮肤松驰的患者，切除一条松驰的上睑皮肤组织，带蒂转移填充到外眼角剥离皮下。结果 鱼尾纹有明显减轻，术后恢复顺利。随访2年，患者比较满意。结论 中年人上睑皮肤松驰和鱼尾纹往往并存，两者都让人显得衰老，此手术能一次手术同时解决两个问题，手术易于操作，恢复时间快，起到微创年轻化的作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore a method of filling in upper eyelid subcutaneous tissue to eliminate crow's-feet.Methods A piece of upper eyelid contaneous tissue with pedicle skin flap in 126 patients of crow's-feet with upper eyelid skin laxity was transferred to fill in the cut-open skin of external canthus.Results Patients' crow's-feet was reduced obviously and postoperation recovered successfully.Results were good with 2 years' follow-up.the patients felt satisfactory.Conclusion Upper eyelid skin laxity often exists side by side with crow's-feet in middle-aged people.Both can make people senile.
