【摘要】 目的 比较异泊酚和咪唑安定对下肢血管手术患者围术期凝血功能的影响。方法 ASAⅠ～Ⅲ级择期全麻下行下肢血管手术的患者60例，分为异泊酚组和咪唑安定组。麻醉前30 min、术后1 h采血测定凝血功能指标：KPTT、PT、TT、AT-Ⅲ及血小板参数(PLT、MPV和PDW)。结果 异泊酚给药前后凝血功能未见统计学差异，MPV、PDW在给药后1 h出现明显增加；咪唑安定给药前后凝血功能及血小板参数差异均无统计学意义。结论 异泊酚对血小板聚集有抑制作用，但不抑制凝血功能；咪唑安定不抑制血小板功能也不抑制凝血功能。
