【摘要】 目的 观察米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析笔者所在医院2007～2011年收治的符合保守治疗指征的异位妊娠患者58例，随机分成观察组30例和对照组28例，所有患者均需接受单次肌肉注射甲氨蝶呤，观察组另外口服米非司酮。结果 观察组治愈率(90.0%)高于对照组(82.1%)。结论 米非司酮与甲氨蝶呤联合应用对治疗异位妊娠具有显著疗效。
