低分子肝素联合银杏达莫治疗肺心病右心衰竭临床观察

【摘要】 目的 了解低分子肝素联合银杏达莫注射液治疗肺心病右心衰竭的临床疗效。方法 将100例肺心病右心衰竭患者随机分成研究组50例和对照组50例, 对照组给予低分子肝素钙，研究组在对照组基础上给予银杏达莫注射液，10 d为1疗程，观察两组临床疗效。结果 研究组有效46例，总有效率92%，对照组有效35例，总有效率70%，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 低分子肝素联合银杏达莫注射液治疗肺心病右心衰竭可以缓解患者临床症状。
