磨牙纵折保存治疗的临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨折裂磨牙保存治疗的临床疗效及影响因素。方法 对55例折裂磨牙经过完善的根管治疗后，完成修复。随访30个月评价患牙的牙周，根尖状况及功能，并对影响因素进行相关性分析。结果 折裂磨牙的折裂部位，治疗时机对患牙愈后有显著相关性。磨牙折裂方向，磨牙折裂前是否做过牙髓治疗及磨牙的合位对患牙愈后无显著相关性。结论 对折裂磨牙的保存治疗，折裂部位，治疗时机对患牙愈后具有显著相关性。
