护理实践对农村脑血管患者照顾者能力的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨解决目前农村脑血管患者康复不佳的方法。方法 本项目选择200例脑卒中后不能自理生活的患者，随机分为甲组和乙组。甲组从入院时即有护理人员对每位主要照顾者能力进行评估，制定计划，带教培训，出院时有两名主管护师对主要照顾者能力进行评估，以能熟练操作，出院后按技能护理患者；乙组按常规护理，不对照顾者进行特殊施教。两组患者出院时，出院半年随访观察分析。结果 甲组照顾者能力明显高于乙组。结论 通过两组对比，接受医院培训照顾者，出院后能使患者得到及时正确康复治疗和护理，使其最大限度的功能恢复，提高生存及生活质量。
