【摘要】 通过对“治未病”工程实施三年的总结，展望了未来中医预防保健服务体系的发展态势，不仅会形成中西医结合的预防保健体系，节约卫生费用支出，而且会促进中医药预防保健新技术和新方法的挖掘整理，使中医预防与治疗得到均衡发展，提高人民群众身心健康水平，促使中医预防保健服务将成为继中医治疗后的第二个对外交流窗口。

    【Abstract】 By a summary of three years implementation of “Preventive treatment of disease” project,the article forecasts the future trend of prevention and healthcare of tradtional chinese medcine system.it not only forms the Combination Traditional and Westren Medicine prevention and healthcare system, but also can save health costs, promote developing the new technologies and new methods of prevention and healthcare of tradtional chinese medcine, cause the Chinese medicine prevention and the treatment obtaining the balanced development, raise the people physical and moral integrity level,turn the prevention and healthcare of tradtional chinese medcine into the second window of the process of foreign exchange and publicizing after tradtional chinese medcine. ......
