【摘要】 目的 应用高频超声评价臭氧治疗肩周炎的价值。方法 将100例肩周炎患者随机分为臭氧治疗组和传统理疗组，每组50人；根据超声图像将肩周炎分为炎症型、钙化(纤维化)型和破裂(撕裂)型，评价治疗不同时间两种治疗方法对各型肩周炎的治疗效果。结果 两种治疗方法对炎症型肩周炎均具有较好的治疗效果，两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)；对于其余两种类型肩周炎，臭氧治疗组疗效明显优于传统理疗组(P<0.05)。结论 臭氧治疗肩周炎有效，对纤维钙化、慢性损伤等类型肩周炎较传统理疗法具有更佳的疗效。
