热敷按摩联合低频脉冲预防产后尿潴留的效果观察

【摘要】 目的 观察阴道分娩的产妇，早期实施热敷按摩和低频脉冲治疗，对预防产后尿潴留的效果。方法 将112例阴道分娩的初产妇随机分成两组，观察组56例和对照组56例。观察组产妇于产后2～4 h实施热敷按摩和低频脉冲治疗，对照组产妇实施一般常规护理，对比分析两组产妇的疗效，并经统计学处理。结果 观察组对预防产后尿潴留的效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 利用热敷按摩和低频脉冲治疗，能改善膀胱肌肉组织的舒缩，使排尿通畅，有效预防产后尿潴留的发生。【关键词】 热按摩； 低频脉冲治疗； 尿潴留； 疗效Hot compress massage joint low frequency pulse prevent postpartum urinary retention effect observation LIN Jin-hua，WEI Mei-juan.Center hospital of Conghuashi Guangdong province,Conghua 510900，China【Abstract】 Objective To observe of vaginal delivery's puerpera with early implementation of heat massage and low-frequency pulse treatment, and check the effect on the prevention of postpartum urinary retention.Methods The original 112 cases of vaginal delivery were randomly divided into two groups, 56 cases for observation group and 56 cases for the control group.
