【摘要】 目的 评价应用肱骨头切除术治疗老年患者肱骨上端骨折的方法及疗效。方法 回顾性分析肱骨头切除术治疗8例老年肱骨上端骨折的临床资料。结果 本组手术过程简单、顺利，无神经、血管损伤，住院期间无感染等并发症发生。8例门诊随访6～18个月，结果满意。结论 肱骨头切除术是治疗老年患者肱骨上端骨折的较好选择。【关键词】 肱骨头切除术； 肱骨上端骨折； 老年患者Humeral head resection of proximal humerus fractures in elderly patients ZHU Xue-feng.
