【摘要】 目的 探讨心理干预对老年肿瘤患者行PICC置管成功率的影响，为针对性心理护理提供依据。方法 将195例行PICC置管老年肿瘤患者随机分为观察组97例和对照组98例，两组均采用BD公司安全型经外周静脉穿刺PICC导管，对照组给予常规健康教育，观察组在此基础上加强护理干预。结果 观察组1次穿刺成功率较高，达91%；对照组为75%。结论 行之有效的护理干预可明显提高侵入性操作PICC置管术成功率。
