【摘要】 目的 研究镍钛记忆合金聚髌器治疗髌骨骨折的机制、临床操作方法及注意事项，以提高临床技能，减少髌骨骨折的并发症。方法 39例髌骨骨折中横断形骨折19例，粉碎性骨折15例，纵形骨折5例。均采用镍钛记忆合金聚髌器内固定，全面恢复髌骨功能。结果 随访1～3年，平均2.0年，患者膝关节无粘连，功能恢复良好，无其他并发症。患者伤口均一期愈合，复查X片提示固定牢靠。结论 利用镍钛记忆合金聚髌器治疗髌骨骨折，符合张力带内固定原则，设计合理，可多方位固定骨折块并持续加压，可早期进行功能锻炼，适应证广，疗效确切，值得推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the Ni-Ti memory alloy patellar mechanism for treatment of patellar fracture, clinical operations and precautions.Methods 39 cases of patellar fracture, transverse fracture in 19 cases, fractures in 15 cases, 5 cases of longitudinal fractures, the use of nickel-titanium shape memory alloy patellar fixation, the full restoration of patellar function.Results The follow-up 1 to 3 years, average 2.0 years, no adhesion of knee function recovery well, no other complications occurred. Wound healing in all patients discharged from hospital, review X film prompted fixed firmly.Conclusion The use of nickel-titanium memory alloy patellar patellar fracture, in line with the principle of tension band fixation, design reasonable, fixed multi-directional compression fractures of the block and continue to be an early functional exercises, wide indication, efficacy, should be promoted. ......
