奇静脉弓在胸部X线平片中的影像表现

【摘要】 目的 探讨奇静脉弓的X线平片表现。方法 分析20例误诊病例奇静脉弓X线平片表现及CT对照。结果 20例X线平片均发现胸4椎体下缘右旁区域见一直径数毫米到15 mm的结节状或椭圆形密度增高影，误为病变，CT证实为奇静脉弓。站立位者奇静脉弓直径较卧位者小，CT测得值比平片测值小。结论 在X线平片上奇静脉弓表现为胸4椎体下缘右旁区域直径数毫米到15 mm左右小结节状或椭圆形密度增高影，左缘与气管右侧壁相邻，下缘右主支气管上壁相邻，右缘紧邻纵隔胸膜，对周围组织不产生压迫、推移或侵蚀破坏征象，不要误诊为病变。
