【摘要】 目的 探讨18 MHz高频彩色多普勒超声对玻璃体内膜性病变的超声诊断价值。方法 应用18 MHz高频彩色多普勒超声对112例(127只眼)玻璃体内膜性病变进行常规二维超声及彩色多普勒超声检查，并与手术结果进行对比分析。结果 CDFI显示视网膜脱离可探及与视网膜相延续的血流信号；脉络膜脱离则探及不与视网膜相延续的血流信号；玻璃体后脱离和玻璃体机化膜未探及血流信号。结论 应用18 MHz高频彩色多普勒超声可显著提高玻璃体内膜性病变诊断的准确性，为临床提供可靠的诊断依据。
