    【摘要】 目的 通过护理职业文化建设提升护士素质。方法 将护理职业文化建设运用到护理管理中，评价护士素质。结果 护士职业认可度提升，服务观念转变，三基考核合格率上升，护士素质提高，患者满意度上升。结论 开展护理文化建设是提高护士素质的有效手段，护士专业能力的提升也是在素质的基础上，经过教育和培训，并在临床实践中逐步发展和提高的。

    【Abstract】 Objective To improve the basic professional qualities of nurses through the process of nursing professional culture.Methods The nursing professional culture was applied to nursing management to evaluate the quality of nursing profession.Results The professional recognition and the concept of service changed.The quality of nurses improved.The pass rate of three basic test and patient satisfaction increased.Conclusion Nursing culture construction was effective to improve the quality of nurses.The promotion of nursing professional competence on the basis of quality was an evolution which was combined through education,training,development and improvement of clinical practice together.Improving the quality of nurses was the basic guarantee of improving quality of care. ......
