脑脊液乳酸联合酶活性测定在脑梗死中的临床应用价值

【摘要】 目的 探讨脑梗死患者的脑脊液乳酸、蛋白含量和酶活性变化的临床意义。方法 应用全自动生化分析仪检测87例脑梗死患者和32例无神经系统疾病需外科手术的腰麻患者的脑脊液乳酸(LA)、总蛋白、CRP、LDH、AST活性，并进行统计学分析。结果 对照组脑脊液LA、总蛋白、CRP、LDH、AST和酶活性结果明显低于脑梗死组(P<0.01)，对照组脑脊液ADA低于脑梗死组，但差异无统计学意义。结论 脑脊液乳酸、蛋白含量和酶活性变化对脑梗死的疗效观察以及预后判断有重要的临床意义。
