间歇性白细胞去除术治疗儿童强直性脊柱炎疗效分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨间歇性白细胞去除术治疗儿童强直性脊柱炎的治疗效果。方法 20例患儿在常规治疗疗效不明显的基础上，加用间歇性白细胞去除术治疗，每次200～400 ml，3～4 d一次，病情稳定后，改为1～2月一次。结果 20例中17例治疗后临床症状和体征明显改善，各项实验室检查指标亦同步好转。结论 间歇性白细胞去除术治疗强直性脊柱炎有良好疗效。
