连续脑电图对幕上脑出血预后的临床研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨连续脑电图(Continuous Electroencephalogram, CEEG)对幕上脑出血(Supratentorial Intracerebral Hemorrhage, SICH)患者远期预后预计的应用价值。方法 对63例幕上脑出血患者脑电图(Electroencephalogram, EEG)的前后变化进行分析，并与其远期预后作对照。结果 EEG改变对轻度障碍(GCS 13～15分)及中度障碍(GCS 9～12分)患者的远期预后有预示作用，但是对重度障碍(GCS 3～8分)患者的远期预后预示无明显作用。结论 CEEG检测对幕上脑出血患者的远期预后预计有一定的价值。
