【摘要】 目的 探讨冷沉淀输注在大量失血患者治疗中的疗效。方法 选择60例失血量超过3000 ml的患者，比较分析输注冷沉淀前后凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)指标的改善情况。结果 60例均取得了良好的治疗效果，输注前后各观察指标差异有统计学意义。结论 冷沉淀在大量失血患者的治疗中有重要作用，为大量失血的控制提供凝血基础，为患者的成功救治创造机会，可提高大量失血患者救治的成功率。
