【摘要】 目的 探讨护理干预对脑梗死合并糖尿病患者生存质量的影响。方法 将210例脑梗死合并糖尿病患者随机分成干预组和对照组各105例，对照组给予常规护理，干预组在此基础上给予全面的护理干预，了解患者的生存质量的改善情况，并将干预组和对照组的生存质量改善情况作对比。结果 干预组的生存质量明显优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论 加强对脑梗死合并糖尿病患者护理干预，可有效地提高患者的治疗效果，改善预后状况，对预防脑梗死的复发起着积极的作用，对减少患者致残率起着重要作用，有效提高了患者的生存质量。
