MRI对诊断髓核游离型腰椎间盘脱出症应用价值

【摘要】 目的 探讨MRI对诊断髓核游离型腰椎间盘脱出症的应用价值。方法 收集经手术治疗的游离型腰椎间盘脱出症23例，所有患者术前均接受CT检查，同时行MRI检查。以手术证实为金标准，比较CT和MRI两种方法对游离型腰椎间盘脱出症诊断的正确率，并评价MRI在髓核游离型腰椎间盘脱出症治疗中的作用。结果 经手术证实CT手术符合率78.26%(18/23)，漏诊5例；MRI手术符合率100%(23/23)，两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，所有MRI资料均对治疗具有指导作用。结论 当临床高度怀疑髓核游离，CT检查与临床不符合，应进一步选择MRI检查，MRI对提高游离型腰椎间盘脱出症的诊断及指导手术治疗，具有重要的临床意义。【关键词】 核磁共振成像； 游离型； 腰椎间盘脱出症
