“专业组长责任制”教学模式在临床教学中的应用研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨“专业组长责任制”教学模式在临床本科实习生教学中的作用。方法 随机抽取2008年采用既往带教模式的本科实习生94名(对照组)和2009年采用“专业组长责任制”教学模式的本科实习生87名(实验组)，分别就实习成绩和教学效果进行对比研究。结果 实验组实习成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.01)，教学效果9项中有3项高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 “专业组长责任制”教学模式对于提高临床带教质量和实习生学习成绩具有重要作用。
