中医辨证联合梅花针放血治疗慢性湿疹60例疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察辨证论治联合梅花针放血治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法 采用辨证分为2型(血虚风燥型、脾虚湿蕴型，分别以当归饮子、当归拈痛汤加减)对30例慢性湿疹患者应用中医辨证加梅花针放血治疗，并与西药对照组30例对照疗效。结果 治疗组与对照组的总有效率为分别为86.6%、56.6%，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中医辨证联合梅花针放血治疗慢性湿疹对减轻瘙痒和减少复发明显优于西医治疗慢性湿疹。
