阴式子宫切除术与腹式子宫切除术的疗效观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 比较子宫切除术的两种不同术式对患者的影响。方法 回顾性分析比较经腹(TAH)、经阴(TVH)子宫切除患者的手术时间、术中出血量、恢复肛门排气时间、镇痛药物使用率、术后病率及术后住院天数。结果 阴式组较腹式组平均出血量少(P<0.05)，术后用镇痛药例数少(P<0.01)，术后排气时间早(P<0.01)，住院时间短(P<0.01)，术后病率少(P<0.05)，而对直肠膀胱功能的影响两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TVH与TAH相比，手术时间短、创伤小，对腹腔脏器干扰小，术后疼痛轻、康复快、腹部不留瘢痕，更符合微创观念。
