痔术后排尿困难的原因分析及护理
【摘要】 目的 总结分析痔手术后患者排尿困难的原因及护理要点。方法 分别对痔术后68例排尿困难的患者实施心理护理、按摩和热敷下腹部、诱导排尿、口服或注射药物等方法协助排尿。结果 本组68例排尿困难的患者中，64例经实施护理后，均自行排尿，4例经诱导无效行导尿术排尿。结论 通过综合护理的方法协助患者排尿，能及时解除痔术后患者排尿困难，减少了不必要的导尿操作，提高了护理质量。
