羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉联合25%酒精术中处理胬肉头部60例70眼临床疗效观察
【摘要】 目的 观察翼状胬肉切除术中用25%酒精处理胬肉头部联合羊膜移植治疗的效果。方法 羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉，术中用25%酒精处理胬肉头部，术后定期观察随访6～12个月。结果 观察60例70眼翼状胬肉患者的手术效果，其中69眼恢复良好，1眼复发，复发率为0.99%。结论 翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植同时胬肉头部25%酒精处理效果良好。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of surgical resection combined with amniotic membrane transplantation 25% alcohol method to treat 60 patients 70 eyes with pterygium.Methods Amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of recurrent pterygia, art with 25% alcohol treatment including head, postoperative observation regular follow-up of 6 to 12 months.Results Watch 60 on pterygial patients 70 eyes of patients with operation effect, of which 69 eyes good recovery,1 eye relapse,the recurrence rate was 0.99%.Conclusion Pterygium excision,amniotic membrane transplantation and 25% alcohol treatment has good effect. ......
