老年肺结核患者的临床分析及护理体会
【摘要】 目的 通过老年肺结核患者的临床表现及护理体会分析其特点，从而加深对本病的认识，并进行相应的护理。方法 对80例老年肺结核患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析并精心护理。结果 80例老年肺结核患者痰结核菌检出率为50.8%，血清中结核菌结核抗体阳性率为52.5%，继发型肺结核患者有59例，占73.6%。结论 老年肺结核发病率高，并且其临床表现复杂，诊断、治疗较困难，预后差，需进行精心的护理。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze old tuberculosis patientss features through searching their clinical manifestations and nursing experience, thus further understand the disease, and make the corresponding nursing.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data from 80 patients hospitalized on the old tuberculosis patients and gave meticulous care.Results 80 patients with old tuberculosis sputum n/med tuberculosis bacterium, PPD test positive detection rate 56.94% 15.71%, with other diseases or complications in 66 cases, accounting for 82.5%.Conclusion The incidence of old tuberculosis is high, the clinical presentation complex, and diagnosis, treatment are difficult, besides, prognosis is poor, so need careful nursing. ......
