【摘要】 目的 通过检测颅内感染患儿脑脊液LDH、Ca2+浓度的变化，探讨LDH、Ca2+浓度在颅内感染早期诊断、及判断愈后的意义。方法 检测颅内感染患儿脑脊液中LDH、Ca2+浓度变化。分析LDH、Ca2+浓度变化与颅内感染类型的关系。结果 化脓性脑膜炎患儿LDH的浓度明显高于病毒性脑膜脑炎和结核性脑膜炎患儿：结核性脑膜炎患儿Ca2+浓度明显低于化脓性脑膜炎和病毒性脑膜脑炎患儿。结论 LDH、Ca2+浓度对不同的病原体的颅内感染的诊断、治疗及监测有重大意义。
