72例咳嗽变应性哮喘的临床研究
【摘要】 目的 探讨咳嗽变应性哮喘的治疗，降低患者的复发率。方法 回顾性分析72例咳嗽变应性哮喘的临床资料，总结临床特征及治疗方法和效果。结果 咳嗽变应性哮喘患者主要症状为咳嗽，不伴或伴有轻微胸闷或喘息，全身表现常不显著。支气管扩张剂和糖皮质激素治疗有效。结论 此病易误诊或漏诊，正确的诊断和治疗有益于预后。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of cough,allergic asthma, reducing the relapse rate in patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of 72 cases of clinical treatment of allergic asthma cough,summarize the clinical features and treatment methods and results purposes.Results The main symptoms are cough,with or without chest tightness or wheezing associated with mild,systemic manifestations often not significant. Bronchodilators and corticosteroids effective.Conclusion The disease often misdiagnosed or missed,the correct diagnosis and treatment of beneficial outcomes.
