综合护理干预黄体酮肌注硬结的效果研究

【摘要】 目的 综合护理改善黄体酮肌注硬结的效果的研究。方法 将80例体外受精一胚胎移植术后已妊娠的孕妇随机分组，观察组和对照组各40例，观察组接受综合护理干预措施。对照组接受常规护理措施，采用视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analog Scale，VAS)，比较两组患者贴敷后不同时段硬结情况和疼痛程度。结果 在不同的护理干预下，两组患者在VAS比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)，观察组疼痛程度明显低于对照组。结论 综合护理干预黄体酮肌注硬结有显著效果。
