【摘要】 目的 探讨急性肺栓塞患者心电图特点及诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析近4年来收治的28例急性肺栓塞患者入院时和溶栓治疗后心电图的变化。结果 通过对比溶栓治疗前后的心电图变化，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急性肺栓塞患者的心电图变化是多样的，但动态观察心电图的改变对它的诊断却有较大的帮助。
