【摘要】 目的 总结腹部外伤的早期诊断和处理经验。方法 回顾性分析近10年来笔者收治的55例腹部外伤的临床资料。结果 本组单纯腹壁损伤6例和肾损伤2例，用非手术疗法治愈，余47施行手术治疗，治愈46例，死亡1例。结论 腹部外伤应正确迅速地作出诊断，必要时剖腹探查。严防漏诊，及时处理，迅速、有效、合理的治疗是关键。

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the abdomen early diagnosis and treatment of traumatic experiences.Methods Retrospective analysis of the last 10 years we admitted to 55 cases of abdominal trauma data.Results This group simply 6 cases of injury of abdominal wall and kidney injury in 2 cases with non-surgical therapy to cure, more than 47 purposes of surgical treatment, cure for 46 cases, 1 death cases.Conclusion Abdominal trauma should be quickly diagnosed correctly and, if necessary, exploratory laparotomy.
