【摘要】 目的 探讨超声检查在急性阑尾炎中的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析67例急性阑尾炎患者的超声、手术和病理资料。结果 急性阑尾炎超声诊断正确59例，符合率为88.06%。结论 超声检查对急性阑尾炎的诊断有较高的实用价值，可为临床选择治疗方案和手术时机提供重要依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss on the diagnose value of supersonic inspection in acute appendicitis.Methods To analyse retrospectively the supersonics,operations and pathological materials from 67 cases of patients with acute appendices.Results 59 cases supersonic diagnose of acute appendicitis were accurate,coincidence rate was 88.06%.Conclusion Supersonic inspection had high practical value to diagnose of acute appenditis.It could provide important basis for choosing treatment options and operation opportunities in clinical.
