42例垂体腺瘤的视野分析
【摘要】 目的 分析垂体腺瘤患者双眼的眼部临床表现及中心视野的改变。方法 应用Humphrey Ⅱ-750型电脑视野分析仪，对42例垂体腺瘤患者行全阈值静态中心视野检查。结果 眼底原发性视神经萎缩32眼，占38.1%；54眼有视野缺损，占64.3%，其中24眼出现典型的双颞侧偏盲；33例(66眼)患者接受手术治疗，术后6个月复查视野，53眼明显好转，占80.3%。结论 垂体腺瘤可引起视功能的损害，充分认识垂体腺瘤在眼部的临床表现，有助于早期诊断和治疗，避免漏诊、误诊。【关键词】 垂体腺瘤； 视力； 视野
Analysis of 42 cases the central visual field of pituitary adenoma GU Dong-yun，LUO Heng，ZHU Hong-fen,YU Xiang.Kunming Affiliated Hospital of Dali University, Kunming 650011,China
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the central visual fields and the ocular changes of both eyes of patients pituitary adenoma.Methods A total of 42 cases of pituitary adenoma received the examination of static central visual fields of all-threshold values by Humphrey field analyzer Ⅱ-750.Results There was 38.1%(32 eyes)with primary optic atrophy,64.3%(54 eyes) with the defects of visual field, among 24 cases detected the characteristic pattern of temporal hemianopia. 33 cases (66eyes) the patients performs the surgery of treat, the technique latter 6 month reexamination field of vision, 53 eyes (80.3%) obvious changes for the better.Conclusion Pituitary adenoma could cause defection of visual function. It is helpful to early diagnosis and timely treatment by fully understanding clinical features in the eye with pituitary adenoma and to avoid the misdiagnosis and the omitted of pituitary adenoma. ......
