人工流产术后即时放置吉妮IUD的临床研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨人工流产术后即时放置吉妮宫内节育器的临床效果。方法 将200例实施人工流产术后要求上节育环的妇女随机分为两组，一组100例于人流术后1次正常月经后3～7 d内放置吉妮宫内节育器，另一组100例于人流术后即时放置吉妮宫内节育器。结果 两组放置吉妮宫内节育器后脱落率、带器妊娠率、出血量、避孕有效率等比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 人流后即时放置吉妮宫内节育器是一种安全有效的避孕措施。
