【摘要】 目的 观察复方地黄颗粒治疗复发性口疮(RAU)的临床疗效。方法 将84例复发性口疮患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各42例。治疗组口服复方地黄颗粒；对照组口服转移因子胶囊和维生素B2、维生素C片，连续用药3周。观察两组患者治疗前后口腔黏膜溃疡、疼痛及全身症状的变化。结果 治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 复方地黄颗粒治疗复发性口疮疗效优于转移因子胶囊和维生素B2、维生素C片。
