【摘要】 目的 探讨本院护理人员职业安全现状并提出防护措施。方法 自制调查问卷表，对本院400余名护理人员情况进行调查。结果 护理人员的职业危险因素高，主要包括锐器刺伤、化学药物伤害、分泌物和排泄物污染、心理伤害、物理性损伤；锐器刺伤、化学药物伤害、分泌物和排泄物污染及心理伤害多发生在低年资护理人员，物理性损伤多发生在高年资护理人员。结论 各级管理者应高度重视护理人员的职业防护工作，长期加强职业安全教育及培训，保障护理人员身心健康。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the nursing staff occupational safety situation in our hospital and propose the safeguard procedures.Methods More than 400 nurses were investigated by a self-made questionnaire.Results The nursing staff had high career risk factors,the main were punctures by sharp instrument,damage by chemical drug,the pollution of secretion and excreta,menticide,physical damage.First four more happened in the junior nurse,the last more happened in the senior nurse ......
