【摘要】 目的 在开展优质护理服务中，探讨血透室应用关键接触点为血透患者提供优质护理的成效。方法 采用问卷调查的方法对50名透析患者进行关键接触点的调查，据此作出相应的护理对策。结果 患者对透析治疗的依从性提高，满意度提高，同时护理人员整体素质也得到提升，服务意识增强。结论 针对关键接触点对患者实施优质护理，可以更好地提高透析患者对护理工作的满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of key contact point on carrying out the service of the high-quality nursing care for hemodialysis patients.Methods To survey the key contact point of 60 patients with questionnaire, and make the corresponding nursing countermeasure according on it.Results Increasing the dialysis compliance of the patients, and increasing the satisfaction rate.
