【摘要】 目的 探讨产前超声检查在Dandy-Walker畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法 对产前超声诊断的15例胎儿Dandy-Walker畸形的声像图特征进行回顾性分析，随访临床结果。结果 产前诊断的15例胎儿Dandy-Walker畸形均与引产后的病理结果一致，超声诊断准确率100%(15/15)。典型声像图特征：小脑蚓部全部或部分缺失、第四脑室和后颅窝池增宽。12例患者伴发颅脑以外畸形(其中心脏畸形6例，单脐动脉3例，2例多囊肾，1例多指)。结论 产前超声检查可以有效检出Dandy-Walker畸形，具有重要的临床应用价值。【关键词】 产前诊断； 超声检查； Dandy-waIker畸形； 价值

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of Dandy-Walker malformation.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the ultrasonographical features of 15 cases patients with Dandy-Walker malformation and then followed-up of fetal outcome.Results Prenatal diagnosis of 15 fetuses with Dandy-Walker malformation were consistent with pathological findings after induced abortion. The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound was 100%(15/15). Typical sonographic features: cerebellar vermis missing all or part of the fourth ventricle and posterior fossa pool widened.12 patients associated with brain malformations other than(such as heart defects in 6 cases, single umbilical artery in 3 cases, polycystic kidney disease in 2 cases, multi-fingered one case).Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound can be effectively detected in Dandy-Walker malformation, with important clinical value. ......
