逆向撕除法在翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术中应用体会
【摘要】 目的 探讨逆向撕除法联合角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法 通过对80眼行逆向撕除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术，观察术后角膜、结膜移植片愈合情况、并发症，复发情况进行分析。结果 角膜创面修复时间2~3 d，随访2~32个月，无患者复发。结论 逆向撕除联合角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉疗效好，无并发症，复发率低，值得临床推广。【关键词】 逆向撕除； 干细胞移植； 翼状胬肉
