【摘要】 目的 评价IPS e.max Press全瓷冠的近期临床效果。方法 对43例患者137颗前牙和前磨牙进行IPS e.maxPress热压铸瓷全冠修复，戴用3年后，按照美国公共卫生服务修正标准对修复体的颜色匹配、边缘着色、修复体折裂、继发龋、边缘适合度以及牙龈健康情况进行评价。结果 修复体中97.08%的颜色为A级，98.54%的无边缘着色，99.27%的修复体无折裂，100%无继发龋，92.7%边缘适合度为A级，94.16%牙龈健康为A级。结论 IPS e.max Press铸瓷全冠近期临床修复效果优良。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effects of IPS e.max Press crowns.Methods 43 patients were restored with 137 IPS e.max Press full-ceramic crowns, followed up 3 years.
