笑气吸入在无痛分娩中的临床效果观察

【摘要】目的探讨笑气吸入对分娩镇痛的临床疗效和对母儿的影响。方法将360例选择经阴道分娩的产妇纳入研究，按入院的先后顺序随机分为观察组与对照组，每组180例。观察组给予笑气吸入镇痛，对照组未进行无痛分娩。观察两组的产痛程度、产程时间、分娩方式、羊水粪染率、新生儿Apgar评分和产后出血量等临床指标。结果观察组的阵痛强度评分明显低于对照组，观察组的产程时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<005)；两组分娩方式、新生儿Apgar评分、产时出血量和羊水粪染率差异无统计学意义(P>005)。结论笑气用于无痛分娩对产妇镇痛效果好，产程时间短，出血量少，安全，对母儿均无不良影响，是一种理想的分娩镇痛方法。【关键词】笑气；分娩；镇痛
