    【摘要】本文通过回顾近年来乳腺癌根治术对女性生活质量的长期影响的文献，从疾病治疗因素、心理因素和社会支持因素方面，综合阐述了乳腺癌根治术对女性生活质量的影响，同时提出若干提高生活质量的护理干预措施，如提高心理健康水平，改善躯体功能以及充分发挥社会支持作用。【关键词】乳腺癌；生活质量；护理干预
